ABOUT THE DOCTOR:

Dr. Vandara Mounarath came to the United States from Laos in 1986 with her grandmother when she was just 6 years old.  Her parents sent her here to the U.S. for a better life and opportunity which she would not have received if she was still living in Laos.  She hopes to be reunited with her parents and siblings in the near future.

Dr. Vandara Mounarath grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and moved to Texas to attend Parker College of Chiropractic. At Parker, she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic, a BS in Anatomy, and a BS in Health & Wellness.  She has really enjoyed living in Texas and decided to stay after she graduated from Parker.  Dr. Mounarath currently lives in North Forth Worth with her husband, Joey. While attending Parker College, Dr. Mounarath has also completed her Diplomate in Acupuncture.

Dr. Mounarath did her internship at the Dallas VA Hospital where she was able to serve the Veterans that served us.  She gained lot of knowledge and experiences interning at the hospital which helped prepare her to effectively treat her patients when she graduated.  Dr. Mounarath really enjoyed the close communication with other healthcare professionals at the VA hospital such as the Radiologists, Neurologists, Physical therapists, and neurosurgeons, to insure all aspects of the patient’s care were addressed and taken care of.

Dr. Mounarath has always had the compassion to help others and believe in treating her patients like how she would want to be treated by her own Doctor. This is why she is very thorough with her examinations and takes the time to actually listen to her patients and not rush through her treatments.

If you are looking for a doctor who will listen, really listens, and take their time with your care, then you will enjoy having Dr. Mounarath as your chiropractor.
